This isn't really an appropriate Ask Volition question, but:
The problem with this is that we would be redistributing copyrighted audio - the songs from fallout are real world songs and the various music licensing companies are... not pleasant.
So, I'm afraid not.
Yeah, but, since they're old songs ? Does it change anything ?

If they're no longer under copyright, then it's absolutely fine.
