Re-Importing your *own* character

I hate having to ask, but how do you even download your own character? Being at 'Image As Designed,' I wanted to download queued characters, to experiment a bit, but it turns out my own (already uploaded) character isn't even in the list! And I want to make sure I can download it back (why on earth can't your own character be saved/loaded locally in the first place?!).

Definitely don't want to lose my own character permanently.

On Volition's site under your account you need to queue up that character first before it shows up to download. I believe that Corrodias' save editor can also export/import character data.

Yeah, except that you can't even find your own character on that site! Or even any other character by name. It's quite absurd, really; rarely seen such a broken site.

Thx for the tip in the save editor, though. :) That may save the day!
 
You're doing it wrong. You don't search for them. Your characters are all there under your account. Login and go to My Steelport, then select Characters. All your uploaded characters are there and you can queue them up so you can download them from in-game. If they aren't there then something must have happened with the upload and you'll need to upload them again.

EDIT:
You also have to set them to Public to be able to download them in your game as well.

Thanks! I had done all that, but was looking in the wrong place nonetheless, LOL. I was looking under "Alyxia's Characters" (lower profile bar). When i went to double-check to see whether it was still set to public (a different section), I ssw the queue button right next to it!

Thx a million! You're a life-saver. If only support on the official Saints site was this good and fast! :)
