Reloading or changing weapons while sprinting

Is there a mod that can make your character reload or change weapons
while sprinting?

If I remember correctly, if you start the reload before you start sprinting, it will finish the reload while you are sprinting.

Not really what you're asking for, but it's a start.

It doesn't. At some point of the animation the numbers in the HUD change, so if you reload, but sprint before the numbers changed, it won't have any effect.
