Remove simulation blur

The simulation blur IS EXTREMELY annoying to me, can someone make a mod to remove it? it drives me insane.

(The thing that makes everything pixelize at random, and very excessively.)


Also on a secondary note, someone released a thirty dark saints outfit, but not the helmet...if someone can make that it'd be awesome
