Remove tattoo

I've always had this fleur de lis tattoo on my neck. Always thought it was just part of the skin mesh. Well, today I stepped into a tattoo parlor (tried 'Image as designed' before, to no avail), and, lo and behold, I was finally able to remove it!

It sorta gets downhill from here, LOL, as I can't upload this upgraded character. Which is to say, as soon as I try, it uploads me with the neck tattoo back! (And puts it back on me as well).

Is this a known issue or something? Or am I just doing it wrong?

First time I played to SRTT I noticed that too.
I just removed the tattoo at tattoo parlor, then I bought the tattoo parlour.
The Fleur de Lis never appeared anymore.

Another way (but just if you haven't done your character), is to change the race or the gender of your character, and then change it back to the race and gender your character should be. The Fleur de Lis tattoo disappears.
