Remove top clothes hair restriction

Well, matter is i wanted to use Cleopatra hair with (i don't know english name) with this: http://www.blisteredthumbs.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/the3rd.jpg

But it switch the hair to a short one. I want to know if there is a way to change that using xbtl maybe.
Because the "morningstar soldier" suit is similar and let me use cleopatra hair, so i tnink is possible to remove that restriction.

the item in customize_items.xtbl is "cF_lls_ubdy_f_leathertop"

the line part you need to delete is this whole part ....

<Active_Flag><Flag>Hood Down</Flag><comparison>true</comparison></Active_Flag>

Careful not to delete the plural brackets <Active_Flags> and closing </Active_Flags> which is the flag section brackets in plural .. only remove the not plural ones. So you only remove the above.

To perform further tweaks on items effects

... Flags are usually what forces hair changes and make up changes.

<Obscured_Slot> Are what hides other equipement slots that they felt at volition conflicted with the item you equipped. Example Steelport Heroine Shirt has obscure slots Long chain so when you put the thing on your necklace will be invisible ...

<Obscured_Vid> Is a body's section refer to with a number ...there's alot of vids that make up the body if you obscure a vid it will make that body part invisible. For example if you'd go in the elbowwrap item and pasted the obscure vids list of the cyber avatar item (it obscures all vids).. you'd be fully invisible just a floating armband ... with floathing guns. if you were just wearing that armband.
