Removing weapons?

Hello.

I don't know where to post this, since there is no mod or cheat that I can find that does this, so sorry in advance...

Is there a way to remove weapons from your weapon wheel in game? Like, a complete blank space so when you select through with the mouse wheel it skips over it.

I've tried many forums, looked through every mod I could find, and tried various save game editors. The latter only disables being able to buy the guns in stores but they're still in your wheel and you still get ammo for them in your weapon cache.

I'm running the game on PC through Steam. I've been looking for weeks now with no luck. I finally broke down, gave up, and decided to seek help.
 
The currently equipped weapons, including grenades, are in your save file. It's not a feature of my editor because it would be confusing and not useful to many people. They're at offset 19064 (that's 0x4A78 in hex) and appear to go to 19399 (0x4BC7). Each slot consists of 7 4-byte numbers. If you set the entire range to 0's, you will have no weapons equipped.
