Replace a gang with Mascots?

Is there any chance of seeing a mod that replaces a random gang within game with Mascots as gang members and Genki as a tank? I'd love to see something along that line, I'd be seriously in trouble with that gang all the time.

I've done it without any mod, do the following:

Finish all missions Genki, then download the following mod:
