REQ: Slight change to replay mod

Can someone make a version of the replay mod where the "Gangstas In Space" mission lowers the drawbridges? I like having the zombie island available, but I hate having to jump all the other bridges to get around.

Say, did you post this in released mods? It deser4ves its special mention there for sure. I just stumbled into this here.
This might cause me to go ahead and pay for Gantsas DLC which I've not had the desire to get it, until now.

Is this .lua a file that would go in the sr3 executable directory or in the cache/pc ? And, will it be dependent upon the patch
level of the game in order to work or not, (meaning DLC plus whatever later patches they do to the game

You misunderstand. He's not talking about the DLC. He's talking about the final vanilla mission named Gangstas in Space (mission 24.) He modified the lua script from the mission replay mod itself so that the bridges are lowered when you replay that final mission.

However, where is the proper location for the lua file he uploaded? Game exe directory or pc/cache one?

Hmm maybe I'll do that for the actual Gangstas in Space DLC final mission. A final FINAL world state. No stag, bridges down, etc. It should be easy enough to switch back to the old state then with m24.
