Request: Changes to Genkibowl vehicles

Would it be possible to set the Genkimobile's flamethrower and the Yarnie's shockwave attack to always available when used in free roam, instead of having to run over things to charge them up?
 
Any changes you made would affect both the dlc missions and open world. Should be pretty easy though.
