Request disable depth of field

You should be able to disable those individually in the display.ini in the game root. It's been a couple of years since I looked at it, but that's how I remember setting mine up the same way you're trying to.
 
Oh, looks like I do have my post process set to 0 already. I think you might be out of luck with what you're trying to do then. None of that stuff is in editable files that we can change other than the ini.
