Request for graphics mod.

Hey can somebody make a mod to turn motion blur on without post processing being on?

Have you tried turning it on in ...Steam\steamapps\common\Saints Row IV\display.ini
I haven't actually tried this.

i fixed it graphics card was holding back for speed issues
