(Request) More Tattoos

I been looking for a mod for more Tattoos. I know this wouldn't be too hard to do but sadly I do not know how to mod.

There is no mod that adds new tattoos so far, but this mod replaces already existing tattoos with considerably better ones.

As far as I remember Gibbed found a way to add new tatoos instead of replacing but it went missing somehow. That's all I can remember.
