My favorite vehicle in terms of speed and aesthetics is the tron cycle. The problem is, if it hits anything, I go flying. Is there a way to set it so that getting thrown off a motorcycle is as rare as doing a windshield cannon (i.e. it's possible, but only if you're actually trying)?
