Restart GOTR?

Hi, I'm having some trouble with the GOTR custom patch, I turned on "female walk animations" and then a few hours later when I switched back to my male character I turned off the female animations. however, the female animations are still in the game and my guy wont stop swinging his arms and hips when holding weapons.

I'm wondering if I reinstall Saints Row 2 will GOTR start again brand new or will it act like I never deleted SR2 and keep the animation glitch on?
 
Yes I have done that, I turned them off by making a new patch, but there is some kind of error because the female animations are still present when holding both 1 armed and 2 armed weapons like the pistol and shotgun, shooting and walking with the pistol equipped causes my character to flicker between T-posing and normal shooting.
