Please excuse me if there is a mod that covers this; I couldn't find it. I just beat SR3 for the first time a few days ago, but it wasn't until after I'd done a fair bit of extra content that I noticed Magarac Island was destroyed in accordance with the kill Killbane ending. I'd rather it still stood in accordance with the canonical save Shaundi ending. I know it's a bit silly, but when I saw that the island was gone while completing the first instance of Sad Panda Skyblazing, I felt a bit sad.

Here's a link to the Sandbox Plus Mod by Idolninja. It let's you swap out certain areas in the open world via key commands. (Statue Destroyed, Statue Intact, Arapice Island Quarantined, Arapice Island Open etc). It also let's you replay missions.
