Reveal her bra when wearing any outer shirt like SR4

As a matter of fact, I'm "currently" "working" on a comprehensive mod for the original SR3 (should also work for the remaster) that aims to make the bras, underwears and chains visible when wearing clothing that should have them appear underneath.
As of right now the mod itself is finished, but what's taking me the most time is making it compatible with a few of the other mods here that use the same file.
And on top of that, it's on pause right now and I won't even be able to resume work on it before June. Real life work's got me tied up right now.

Just make sure you have the customization_items.xtbl file in your root folder.
