Riding Taxi

Is there a way in Saints row 3 to go to various places in a cab like in Saints row 2.. I added Taxi Homie in my cell phone by editing the save file (by Default it was not there i had to add manually) and so i have added but the problem is When i enter the taxi my player jacks the driver out of the cab... How to enter it as passenger and thus go to various places like in Saints Row 2?:) Please Help!!
 
It's not possible. We had a thread about this and after much discussion and looking into the files determined that it wasn't fully implemented with no way to fix it.
 
This is why it is not possible to acquire that phone entry in the game. Even if you get in as a passenger (like with Sandbox+), the game opens the phone menu and you can go to the map, but choosing any location simply gives you an error that you cannot buy a ride to that location.
