Is it possible to make a mod to make the saints's headquarter from the pierce's mission back to game?

well there is the idolninja sandbox mod that allows you to do varies telports and stuff one or 3 of them being pierces nightmare. but as for bringing back any sort of old cribs that you had from saints row 3. question has been answered many times it cant be done until of course the sdk tools i know it sucks here is the link to the sandbox mod take a look at it if you want
