Saints Row 2 modding request for cribs and weapons

I madea to do list for saints row 2 but i dont think ill be able to do this myself so if theirs anyone out there who can ill be happy.

customizable purgatory nightclub: first add a toggle field into saints hq, the player could choose from the 3 different models for hq, the first run down hotel usesd at the start of the story, the middle one, or the new one.

new zombie uprisisng; im thinking we port multiplayer.s maps to zombie uprisisng ex: use the muiltiplayer varient of the mall in zombie uprising.

us ecop anuimations :belive it or not, the cops use different running animations than the player. i would like someone to load these anims for the player.
