Hey guys I actually heard there was going to be a planned third DLC to Saints Row 2 where you would actually follow and kill Dex? Is this actually true or just hearsay.

I think you are saying about Saints Row money shot which is a cancelled Saints row game , in one of the Levels you kill dex and you can unlock Ultor assassin Outfit , Hover bike and Togo 13 (Changed into a normal DLC)
