Saints row how to remove mods

Hello i recently Got saints row 3 and i installed 2 mods and one of them screwed up or something and i cant load into the game i click load game and boom it crashes should i just delete it and redownload?

You should be able to get away with just deleting the files in the root directory of the SR3 installation, leaving the subfolders there, and using the verify integrity feature in Steam.
