Saints Row IV Aussie Version Mod Compatible?

I am wondering if I should buy the Aussie version (coz I'm Aussie and can't be bothered with a VPN to buy an international version) of Saints Row IV (marketed as the 'low violence' version) and was wondering if that version is compatible with the mods on this website. I don't mind about the removal of the co-op for anybody with the world wide version, but I do enjoy modding Saints Row (more like tweaking, really).

I also decided to post a new thread because I am lazy and can't be bothered searching the 35+ pages of this general chat section to find if someone has already posted this.

It may well break on some mods. I don't think anyone has explicitly mentioned the Australian version before.

We've seen problems with the German versions of SRTT and SRIV before and they're similarly low-violence patched. It's probably a good plan to try to get a rest-of-world version if you can.
 
Fortunately SRIV isn't censored in Germany, SRTT a little. But SR2 is butchered. They think playing violent games makes you the next Hitler.
 
yeah the Aussie version really only removed the alien drugs Shaundi mission, and the alien probe is now a dlc, so I'm not sure sure how much of an effect the removal of them will have on mods
