Saints Row IV Clothes Bug

I have a problem with glowing clothes,it change the color to white or blue anytime,it looks something like in this topic: https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/glitchy-clothes-flashing-white-and-normal.5775/

In Saints Row The Third,Directx 9 launcher fixed it for me but there is nothing like this.
