Saints Row IV Machinima Clip Recorder and Editor Mod Request

Hello, i saw an SR:TT Clip Editor for download which is not built-in the game, but is slightly working. In Saints Row IV There's now posibility to make Free Fly Camera, but i want not only that. I want a fully working Clip Recorder and Editor Mod to be released, so me and other Saints Row IV Players could Make some Cinematic Movies off of it.
 
I'm gonna say it's impossible to make. I tried to enable that function or even port it from TT but it simply doesn't work.
