Since the article states it tripled the sales... I'd say that put that one in the 300K range?

Also, with this new 'anything goes' mentality and general 'casualness' of the game, I think it makes sense that it now attracts a somewhat wider audience. An audience three times the size I'd say.

The 1 mill sales is across the platforms. There wasn't a release of a sales breakdown per platform. The gamespot article did mention that the PC was the lead platform for sales though, so that's good news!

Hm...my bad there!

Indeed good to see PC making a bit of a comeback here. Though I'm guessing it's only temporary, last gen consoles just can't keep up anymore.
When the new consoles hit the stores, the scales will probably tip back towards consoles again.
