saints row the third clothing and weapon return

When i was playing saints row 4 i was glad to see that i could achieve to get the Salem vehicle and witch hat from the Witches and Wieners DLC from saints row the third but the thing is i'd like more things to return so i hope someone could return some of my favourite weapons and a clothing item.

I'd like Witch robes to be added back, I also wish if someone could add the Shark Attack weapon from the Shark Attack Pack and the mind control squid gun thingy you get from the funtime pack.

I also wish if someone had created a mod to bring back all dlc weapons from saints row the third

the witch robes are in let's Pretend, same place as the hat. and the Salem is an easter egg, also it's parked on top of the Tower near rosewood

The shark attack pack and funtime pack are paid DLC, and not something this site would allow to be modded in to other games.
