Saints row the third is not running on steam but running on cracked version

yes I tried to download the game for 5 times from steam when I try to open the game its just showing me a white box until I close the game and yes I checked for missing files from steam and every single time when I check for it saying 2 files missing and will be download then downloading that 2 files its 85 mb and after it files just deleting I watched the game folder its download 2 weird files after 3 second deleting them and whenever I try to check for missing files its doing the same but when I download the cracked version and try its running perfectly
