Here is my camera mod which I have been slowly tuning since 2013. This mod aims to be the ideal Saints Row 2 camera that combines elements from all Saints Row games. This mod also disables aim assist for a better feel.

Install instructions: unzip the file and .xbtl files in your "1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE" and then build your patch with GoTR.
