What is Sandbox+ for Saints Row 2?
Sandbox+ for Saints Row 2 is based on the SRTT version and will likely mirror many of the features. Currently it allows you to teleport to any of the different districts or cribs in the game, and swap out chunks (zones.)

Sandbox+ for SR2 Install Instructions
If you are using Gentlemen of the Row then the install is incredibly simple. Just extract sr2_city.lua here:
..\Gentlemen_of_the_Row_Saints_Row_2_Super_Mod_v1.9_final\optional_mod_stuff\1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE\
Then simply build your GotR patch like you normally would and this new version of the script will take precedence
OR
If you are NOT using Gentlemen of the Row, then you'll need to build it into your own custom patch.vpp_pc file using Minimaul's updated version of Gibbed's Tools which you can get here:

Using Sandbox+ for SR2
The SR2 version of Sandbox+ is a bit different than what you might be used to from the SRTT version. This is due to the limited functions in SR2 that are available for capturing input. To use while in game, first press 111 in sequence. This will trigger a code entry message and get things ready for you to input your code. Then, enter one of the following 3 digit codes:
DISTRICT TELEPORTS
111 - Teleport to Airport
112 - Teleport to Apartments district
113 - Teleport to Arena district
114 - Teleport to Barrio district
115 - Teleport to Chinatown district
116 - Teleport to Docks district
117 - Teleport to Downtown district
118 - Teleport to Factories district
121 - Teleport to Highend district
122 - Teleport to Hotel and Marina district
123 - Teleport to Museum district
124 - Teleport to Nuke Plant
125 - Teleport to Prison island
126 - Teleport to Projects district
127 - Teleport to Redlight district
128 - Teleport to Saints Row district
131 - Teleport to Suburbs district
132 - Teleport to Suburbs Expansion district
133 - Teleport to Trailer Park district
134 - Teleport to Truckyard district

314 - Ronin Notoriety +1
315 - Brotherhood Notoriety +1
316 - Police Notoriety +1
317 - Toggle Max all notoriety, and eliminate all notoriety
318 - Lock Notoriety at zero (forced no notoriety)
Examples:
111116 <- Teleport to Docks

Remember, always enter 111 first to initialize the entry for your actual 3 digit code
