Semi Auto Shotgun, removing hip-fire.

This is somewhat a request, somewhat asking if anyone has done this or knows how...I'm not a big fan of shotguns fired from the hip, or any gun for that matter, I had a look through the weapon files, but wasn't able to find a way to get the semi-auto shotgun to aim like its counterpart Police Shotgun, that is, actually aimed down the sights, rather than from the hip.
If someone is able to do this for me, or post the code to do this, I'd be much appreciative!

It is animation based, the only shoulder fired anim is the rifle animation and that was animated with guns that have a VFG.
 
It used to be changeable in Saint's Row 3, and SR2, if I recall.
And the police shotgun does get aimed down the sights, the point is that it's not fired from the hip, mainly.
 
That's because the police shotgun uses the rifle anims hence why it has a VFG.
