The interactions between the Saints members in IV both in the open world and during the missions. You really can sense a history between them all, they've been through a lot together and some of it through pretty rough spots. Though that doesn't stop them from playfully annoying each other when they can.
 
I was in the Nuclear Plant crib today and select a VTOL to fly. When the game teleported me to the helipad, it suddenly says "Something is blocking your path", then the next split second my character was falling from a certain height and plummeted at the helipad...

*wham! "WASTED!"
