Side Activities reset after progressing further in story?

strange, i have around 6 different side activities and did them till medium difficulty, i wanted to save the harder ones for later, mow i killed Phillipe from Morningstar and suddenly the easy and medium ones are not grey but blue again?
are those different now or the same? should be completed again?
 
Did you complete them in Co-Op mode first and now they're reset in Single-Player mode?
If so, that's normal.
