I lost the files for this mod, although i still want to redo it one day.

Slick TOD's is a mod that adds new time of days to the game which can be toggled using a script, alternatively you could replace existing ones with them.
No one really tried porting saints row 3 ones to saints row 4 and I'm bringing it for you.

SRTT noon is better then classic that one is super duper foggy that isn't sr3 classic like that but one more thing to do is to get rid of the fogs

but look good on ground not fly too high
