I used search and couldn't find a thread on this, I'd like to know which .xtbl file to edit to change slider values, and what packfile it is in.

Packfile. Same one as shown in Minimaul's tutorial http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/extracting-an-individual-packfile.3189/#post-28232

as for which. Player_creation.xtbl
I just posted a mod based on another's work from SR3 in the mods section using that. I merged it with the current player_creation.xtbl for sr4.

Thank you, but is it possible to only change a certain slider instead of all of them? (to be exact, I want to make the sex appeal slider for bigger breasts not/not very much affecting the rest of the body)
That is basically what the mod is that I uploaded. It also affects muscle mass and fat more than normal. It does not impact any other aspects such as face,etc.
Go get winmerge and compare you will see what was done. I also included the original mods from SR3 in the kit as I only used TYPE 2 in the one I uploaded for people to use.
TYPE 2 is the more extreme version but IMO is just right.
