I basically want to remove all the extra lines in the male face when setting the Muscle slider to 100%. Note the attached picture. I want the face to be smoother like the face pictured on the right.
I managed to create a pretty crappy cut and paste DDS file, but like I said above I've been unsuccessful at repacking it, so I was wondering if someone who is better at this stuff than me could help out.
I didn't see an existing request for this but I imagine there are others out there who'd like/want this.
