The mods I have installed are:

GOS
Shitfaces NPC behavior mod
tank radio
wardrobe color change
extended taunts
Shitfaces weapon rebalance mod
alternative day/night modes

I've been playing for a few hours now and for some reason, I have only just noticed this bug. Anyone know wtf is going on? I'm playing on the hardest difficulty.
 
It's not a bug, it's part of Shitfaces weapon rebalance mod. Me and my buddy had this happen to us as well, I just went into one of the XML files, changed the cash loss on death from 10000 to like 10 bucks and we were set
 
I had a feeling that the mod was the cause, but I wasn't certain since it wasn't included on the featurelist in the thread. Editing the xml file should be easy enough. Thanks.

edit: Do you happen to remember which file it is?
 
If you want an exact monetary figure then you'll need to alter the Busted cost as well as the Death Cost. If for instance you make them both $1000 then that's exactly what you'll pay.
