I Need A Soldier Homie Or Stag Homie Cause My Main Character Has A Army Uniform And Stag so i was thinking on having a Soldier homie or stag homie And Look Like Im They're Commander

There is an option in gang customisation to change your homies into military ones. As for STAG, you need a mod:

I Found The Stag Homies But No Soldier Homies

I thought the SNG guards could be selected as homies in the gang customisation menu? Its been a while since I accesed that though.
