Hi.
The story begins when I was level 50. I had bought all the upgrades and completed the story + side quests etc. So I found this site and noticed all the awesome mods here, and started installing them.
After I had played a while with the mods, I decided that I want to go back to vanilla. It seemed too imbalanced, unfair and actually pretty buggy to play with the mods. So I deleted every file in the root SR3 folder, and also every file from packfiles->pc->cache folder. Just to make sure that every mod would be deleted. Then I verified integrity of game cache, and Steam downloaded me new files.
But when I went to game after it, I found out that some of the upgrades were still locked, even though I'm level 50. And I'd like to get them back. This is where I'm asking for your help.
The mods I used that could have any effect towards upgrades or weapon balance or anything like that, are these two:

These guys did awesome job creating these mods, and I ain't blaming them. I'd just be happy to get my upgrades back.
After noticing the problem, I've verified integrity of game cache again, loaded a previous save and restarted Steam. No results.
