so ive decided to suggest some mods that i hope get developed by someone in the futures so here is just my 2 cents

1. Music Manager - Do any of you have Mafia 2? If so I'm pretty sure a lot of you who have it have heard of the Music Manager mod. If not the Music Manager is a program in which you can add your own music (MP3, etc) onto the game as you select a song and choose to replace it (http://www.strategyinformer.com/pc/mafia2/mod/38310.html). All I'm saying here is that, it would be nice for a Music Manager for SR4 especially since I don't have a lot of songs in my Mixtape and it would be nice if I can select a whole bunch of songs from my Audiosurf music folder and put them in the game. Well I hope that's possible :S
2. Replayable Missions - I was about to go into detail about this, but then again IdolNinja is busy at Volition so really I should just let this slide and not force him or anyone else to make it as doing something like that takes time as it took a lot of time for the Replayable Missions mod on SR3
3. Mech command for Sandbox+ - Okay not really a mod suggestion, but a suggestion for a mod and the title says it all. I'm not a big fan of always having to call up in order to get a Mech Suit, but what I really hate is how there's a cool down for calling so if I accidentally hold E instead of W or just wanna use it again, but already did a few mins ago, we don't have to wait for a cooldown and can just press a simple command to get back up on our feet again. I got this idea from someone else, but I forgot who as I saw the comment that talked about this a long time ago.
4. Reset Hotspots - Yeah I know that someone said this a while ago, but hey just wanna share my 2 cents around this too. I loved how in FC3 you can reset the outposts bringing back the pirates in the island so you have someone to fight every few seconds, for SR4 now, I had a blast conquering all the hotspots and I wish i can do that again without having to start a new game. Basically, it would be nice if there was some way to reset them.
