I've half a mind to buy the Genki Girls vehicles pack, but I was wondering, can the ugly modifications be removed from the three vehicles while still keeping the weapons? (using the Extended Customization mod)

Also, is there any way to get the two unique Torch rims for other vehicles?

What do you mean by "ugly modifications"?
Adding new rims is probably possible just like additional customisation options were via hex-editing, although Turk (the author of this mod) hasn't been active for a long time.
