Hey guys, the one thing I am not crazy about in saints row more than anything is the lack of oomph of many of the sound effects. For instance, the helicopters barely have any noise unless you turn up your volume, but of course everything is also louder and makes for a jarring gameplay experience. Also some of the car sounds also suffer from low volumes compared to other sound effects. Does anyone know where I could get started for something like this? Would sound settings be in the misc tables? or is there another way to make these effects be louder and more distinct?
