Spawning an Escort Justice

I was able to somehow obtain a Justicw from the mission Escort. I really love this car because the player doesn't roll the windows down. Unfortunately, you can't add any body mods, doing so will cause parts to disappear. I was wondering if it where somehow possible to make a cheat to spawn this car.
 
There is no way to practically "spawn" a car in front of you if thats what you're talking about, but I think with IdolNinja's Rare Vehicle Cheats mod ( http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/rare-vehicle-cheats-includes-additional-cheats-v5.475/ ) You can add it to your garage.

Edit2: You're gunna have to wait.. a while, for spawning the car to actually be a thing. Since the modding community doesn't have many tools.
 
I meant spawning it in the garage. Miku Hatsune's A New Enemy In Town mod will cause weird cars such as the Pony Cart, Donovan Shuttle Bus, Animal protection vans, and the Escort Justice to spawn on the street, however, trying to find some of these cars will take forever.
 
My NPC behaviour and spawn mod (which Miku's includes) adds nearly every vehicle variant to the roads in the open world, including this one. If you want to give it to yourself with cheats, download Idolninja's rare vehicle cheats mod and open it in Notepad++ or whatever, hit ctrl + f and find the Justice cheat: replace <Vehicle_Variant>ultimate</Vehicle_Variant> with <Vehicle_Variant>escourt</Vehicle_Variant, save the file and use the cheat ingame to put the escort justice in your garage.

I tried this and at first it didn't work. Then I went back and put it as "escourt" as you have and then it gave me it. It's not a typo, although it is.

I was able to mod the car a bit probably thanks to having the Extended Vehicle Customization mod installed. I only just gave it purple back window decal, everything else was as I would have configured it already. Permanent tinted windows look strange though because you can still shoot out of them even though they don't roll down. If you bo-duken into the car, the windshield glass doesn't shatter and you just pass through it.
