SR 2022 boss into SR3 remastered ?

Hi, so, pretty self-explanatory,
I know there's no tool for import/export, but would anyone know a way to manually achieved that ? Basically I just wanna play SR3 remastered with my SR 2022 boss.
 
That sounds impossible. I would say: try to recreate your srr boss in the remaster as best as you can
 
The thing is making a male character that isnt a big buff manly man is impossible in SR3 and that's why I wanted a way to mod it so I could have the new boss in it, recreating is not really an option
