Does that mean there are other edits done to this file that aren't part of this mod? If that's the case please upload a tweak_table.xtbl that only has this mod's changes in it, so people only get what was advertised and not other changes they may not want.

Unpack misc_tables.vpp_pc from "Saints Row IV" > "packfiles" > "pc" > "cache" with the SRIV tools.
