SR GOOH save file trouble - Steam

In steam the game saves to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Saints Row Gat out of Hell
and the save files to :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*UserID*\301910 <-- GOOH steam id
my save folder does not have the GOOH folder to save ^ so I cant get my saints row 4 boss imported into the game, could anyone help me with this? thanks.

Also I have verified the integrity of the game and it came back with one file missing but I checked and I still dont have the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\*UserID*\301910 file

You can't import your boss character from SR4 into GOOH. That feature was removed with the modding patch updates.
