I've searched and I don't think there was anything like this, although with all the suffixes to "customization" and whether it has a Z or an S, I may have missed something, so apologies for that.
I really loved my SR2 character, especially the cockney voice, but from finishing that to going to SR:TT, it's pretty damn impossible to create a character that looks like him, and of course he will never sound like him.
So, this could be a combination of a couple of small things: Expressions (my favourite was always Mellow, it looked so stupid but calm, and trying to replicate this in SR:TT screws up the mouth hideously), and then the hairstyles and eyebrow styles from SR2.
To go even further, and this is pretty far fetched and I doubt it's possible, but correct me if I'm wrong and I'll be terribly delighted, modifying the customizer so that all the sliders match up to the SR2 sliders.
I'm more hoping that someone's already done this and I missed it, since this'd probably be too much work for anyone to bother. Thanks anyway!

They were the most important part of my character lol. Saints Row 3 and 4 would be the perfect games for me then if there were cat ears back in Lets Pretend. Walking down the street in zombie town with cat ears and the Octoberfest dress would be a good time lol. Oh, and fishnet stockings too. I really hope they bring back that much customization in the future. If they gave me cat ears and fishnets in the form of dlc for SR3 i would be satisfied lol.
