Description
It's getting colder in Steelport trees colors are yellow and brown, grass isn't green anymore. Fall just came to the town

Installation
(make sure your game is closed before downloading the mod)
1. Download the SR3 NTP Fall.rar file and open it with Winrar
2. Unpack stream_grid.asm_pc and sr3_city_awld.str2_pc to the main folder of the game and use Viper's ASM Updater to update the asm_pc file (the file isn't updated so you have to update it manually)
2a. If you already have stream_grid.asm_pc file in the game folder unpack sr3_city_awld.str2_pc file only and use Viper's ASM Updater to update the asm_pc file

Looks like there was a problem with the mod. I uploaded sr3_city.lua file instead of stream_grid.asm_pc so the mod is not available right now (need to fix it and will upload it later). Glad someone told me about it, shame 2 years later lol
 
Update
Added default stream_grid.asm_pc because I don't have the game installed rn and couldn't update it so you have to do it manually (there's a guide in the mod description on how to do it)
