I don't think you have successfully uninstalled all of your mods.
Gentlemen of Steelport comes with a batch file that will remove all modded files from the game directory if you run it there. Otherwise, you can scrutinize the game's directory, where the .exe is, and make sure you've removed all .xtbl, .asm_pc, .str2_pc, and .lua files.

It's also a good idea to verify integrity on Steam as well, just in case.
