SR2 Cheats

I know of a mod that adds some cheats but thee are a few I would like to see. An inclement weather mod, "Wrath of God" foggy, rainy, stormy, etc. An all out war- Civilians killing everyone in sight, "Pedestrian War" and "Evil Cars" If you've used cheats on SR2, you know what I'm talking about!

Both Ped war and evil cars cheats already exist in vanilla (ped war is now called insane city.) Weather doesn't work the same way with the virtual city, so there is no way to add those weather cheats you want. There is only the warden fire rain and clear skies. That's it.
